Cabawillx:

To be able to print the temples base to 28mm scale, you would require a very large print-bed, so we have split this model into quarters. The four parts can then be printed to the required size and assembled to produce one large base.

If you are lucky enough to have a large print-bed machine, you can compose and print all 4 base pieces in one go to the scale you desire, without the need for post print assembly work.

The temple jaguar head prints in one piece and is then assembled on top of the centre pillars of the base piece. The jaguar head piece will print easily on a standard 200x200mm print-bed at 28mm scale. This piece is proportional to the other pieces of the Cabawillx set, so if you scale the base up remember to scale this piece by the same factor to obtain the correct size.

These prints do not require any supports and print easily in PLA. Use the HiRES model with a low layer height of 15 microns to obtain an incredible detailed piece, but this can take over 40 hours print time, so you are probably better off with a medium resolution and a layer height of 20 to 24 microns.
